Our Teachers

Building your own Yoga practice 

We know you will find a new awareness of your body, mind, and spirit.   At Planet Bliss you’ll gain the knowledge and the ability to push yourself to new limits in each discipline. We take a very balanced and open approach to health awarenss through yoga. You’ll find something that meets your needs and blends with your personality, hopes, and goals. And, if you just want an adventure beyond floor yoga...there is also Aerial Yoga for great stretching and flexibility.

We are located in Suite 242 in the Broad Street Mill Shopping Complex at 324 E. Broad Avenue, Griffin, GA 30224.
Classes are held daily from Monday to Saturday.
We are one of the few studio's in the middle Georgia area that offer Aerial Yoga.
